There will always be different momentous occasions and milestones that need to be preserved for at least a couple of lifetimes. These are to be perused by the next generation and hopefully kindle in them a sense of family or a sense of pride and celebration. Creative Photographics is handled and owned by Ian Wharton who has been a professional photographer for over 20 years. He provides Brisbane Wedding Photography packages, Portrait Photography, Commercial Photography as well as PR and Real Estate photography. One of their unique offers is the 360 degree Virtual Tour photography. This is not that difficult for Ian Wharton though who is a CPP, Member PPAQ, AAPP and WIPM certified.
The company has had its share of issues despite Wharton’s accolades and skills. They were not really faring well in terms of search engine rankings for their website. Therefore, we quickly handled the analysis for his site and his keywords when he employed our help. The first thing we did was check the title, description and keywords that are placed in the websites HTML.

Title: We immediately found that the title wasn’t as loaded with keywords as they should so we advised our client to load it up with the keywords that they wanted to be ranked for but should not exceed 100 characters not unless they want to be truncated by Google.
Description: The same thing was done with the site’s description since they needed to load their keywords there however it should not exceed 160 characters to avoid truncation.
Keyword: We immediately found a lot of keywords on this part of the site and suggested that we try to see if any of them ranked at all. We are going to use Market Samurai to compare keyword rankings.
According to the MS results, the site ranked 43 and 47 for the keywords “Brisbane Wedding Photographer” and “Brisbane Wedding Photography” respectively. Having a quick look at the SEO Competition field, we got the competitive data on those keywords and began applying keyword tactics based on their competitor’s blueprints.

March 14, 2011, both keywords placed 43rd and 47th on the Market Samurai rank tracker. However, after we had worked on catching up with their competitors, come June 9, 2011, these keywords are now at number 4 and 7 in rankings! That’s a lot of leaps and bounds!
