This leads the company and its partners to seek our advice and to help them with their SEO . We then proceeded to check out the source code of ArgyStar’s website to see if their Meta Title, Meta Description and the Meta Keywords have been set-up properly.
Before SEO Link Building Intervention: The Findings and Suggestions
Title: The site title was pretty good as it contained all keywords which they wanted to be ranked for.
Keyword: We found that they had good keywords. However, we suggested that they had to put these keywords up front and to not make them too broad. An example would be the keyword “Sydney” which was one of their original keywords. It is such a wide term that encompasses a whole city! They would have a hard time ranking for this because “Sydney” can pertain to anything that is found in the place itself.
Description: We noticed that the description is too long. We informed our client that Google truncates any site with a description that exceeds 160 characters.
Using Market Samurai, which is a web analysis tool, we compared how their keywords fared with other possible keywords and the number of searches their keywords has on a daily basis.
We found out that the keyword “mediation” got 891 searches per day and the word “arbitration” gets 396. We were able to identify which of their keywords are the “high volume search terms”. We then placed these keywords to rank tracker, which tells where the website is ranked for the following search terms in Google and found that some of their keywords ranked 72, 87, 105 out of a thousand.

Right away we knew that we had to work on the high volume keywords for the next 30 days and see that it improves.
